Website Maintenance
Our website maintenance contracts include updates to your text, files, broken links, missing images as well as backing up your site. Backups of your site are based upon the frequency of changes that are made. Turn around time normally takes up to 24 hours or longer, depending on the number of changes.
If you upgrade to a different contract, you can choose a yearly or a monthly term. On a per month basis, you are billed at the end of each month that changes are made.
Maintaining a Website Not Design By Us
Websites are easier to maintain when the original designers are maintaining them, content is easier to find, code is easier to read and etc. On the other hand, maintaining a site developed by another designer may require more time and the use of additional resources to resolve the issue.
With that in mind, all websites that were not created by us will be billed an hourly rate of $60/hr.If additional resources are needed, this recommendation will be sent to you explaining the importance and cost in order to get the job done.
Maintenance Contract Table
This allows us to provide you with more changes instead of charging on an hourly basis. Each site comes with the Standard contract. If you need to upgrade to a different contract, send an emaill to info@d-zignit.com with your name, website address, contract you're interested in and the term (monthly or yearly).
All changes that go over the contracts allowable limit for that month will be billed at the rate of $2.00 per change.

| All requests will be reviewed and all changes will be accounted for. If a submitted change does not fall under your maintenance contract, you will be notified & billed accordingly. |
Graphics & Media
After your site is developed, the frequency of changes for graphics, flash, multimedia & other related items are small but attention to detail is very important. Any changes made to these items but are not limited to what is listed above, will be billed at $50/hr rate.
Page Modifications and etc
Over time, pages may need to be changed due to the a request for something new by a customer, new information, business needs changing & etc. These changes/modifications may include but are not limited to the rearranging of sections of a page, completely changing a page, the creatoin of any new pages, flash, multimedia, grpahics or anything not included in our website maintenance. Items of this type will be billed based on the project.
